Return/Exchange Policy
To make a return or exchange, please call our Lance Customer Service Department
at 1-800-99-LANCE and provide the information requested by our Customer Service
Representative. Other than for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied
products, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return or
exchange, including shipping and handling.
We will issue a full refund for most items in their original condition if we
are notified of the return within five (5) days of receipt of the item.
Returned items must be unused and contain all original product packaging and
accessories. You must also include the Packing Slip (sent with your order) or
your original Lance Online Store Receipt.
Lance will NOT accept returns or exchanges on food
items. If you have received a damaged food item from our Online Store, or you
have a quality issue or an incorrect shipment, please contact a Lance Customer
Service Representative at 1-800-99-LANCE.
It is at the sole discretion of Lance whether or not we will accept the return
or exchange. We will make our determination upon review of each request. If
your return or exchange request is for a product that you did not like, did not
like the fit of, or was not acceptable for any reason other than damage or
defect, then you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return or
exchange. For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products, Lance will
be responsible for the shipping charges. Our Customer Service Representative
will assist you by providing instructions and a shipping address for the
return.
To exchange an item, simply follow the return procedures above, and indicate to
the Customer Service Representative the substitute size or color of the new
product desired. If the requested item is not available, Lance cannot make your
exchange at that time. If you desire to exchange the product for a completely
different item, you will need to return the undesired product for a refund and
create an entirely new order for the desired product.
Safe Shopping Guarantee
This website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your
personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it
travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure
online transactions. Because we use SSL, placing an order online at our website
is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone. In addition,
consumer protection laws protect you against the unauthorized use of your
credit card. Under federal law, a credit card issuer cannot make you liable for
charges in excess of $50 for the unauthorized use of your credit card. There
are similar laws applying to debit cards. Exceptions do apply, and you will
have to comply with the rules of your credit card or debit card issuer, so
please contact your card issuer for further details.
